"Supertech, which was set up in 1988, has over the years set new benchmarks of architectural excellence in the contemporary global environment and is now scaling further new heights. Our new focus is on Tier II and Tier III cities and we plan to expand our business in these cities. Our group being on high growth trajectory, has recently launched North India's tallest residential tower ‘North Eye' which is the perfect mix of luxury and convenience and offers unmatched and marvelous living standards," Mr. R.K. Arora, CMD, Supertech Limited

Our Group, founded in 1988, has set new trends and benchmarks of architectural excellence in the contemporary global scenario. Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, Supertech has successfully completed 20 years in real estate business and today has revolutionized the real estate arena.

The Group is scaling new heights and touched the horizon of excellence. It has already converted more than 33 million sq. ft. area of residential and commercial entity into architectural landmarks and more than 36 projects that accommodates nearly 30000 families. Its various projects viz. Residential & Commercial Townships, Shopping Malls, Hotels and IT Parks have either completed or about to complete. We are inspired by our clients to endeavour the dreams turning into reality. Our commitment to deliver quality with aesthetic design surges ahead with the enterprising vision of creating value through excellence. Our world-class architecture shows true modern lifestyle.

We never tried a reputation for ourselves, instead, we concentrated on development across 35 locations in India and in the process our reputation built by itself. The group was set up with a vision to set new benchmarks of architectural excellence in the contemporary global environment and today each of our projects deliver on it, by employing modern engineering techniques and use of the best available materials.

Supertech has recently launched a megaproject "North Eye”in Noida. What prompted you to come up with this tallest tower in the national capital?

Providing living at a height where no one has ever lived before was our thought which we executed by launching North Eye. North Eye is not only North India's tallest residential tower but also its unique features make it different from others. It is an architectural marvel with the perfect mix of luxury and convenience, as it offers unmatched living standards in a peaceful and serene surrounding, while being excellently linked with all major points of interest in Delhi NCR at the same time. The project is going to give an opportunity to the proud owners to live at a height.

Also, please mention the USP of the project.

North Eye will have 60 floors with a swimming pool called the "Infinity Pool” on the top (60th floor). It will also have an open-air restaurant for the finest dining experience, a uniquely designed Helipad for the frequent urban fliers and an observatory which is equipped with real, high-end telescope.

Currently the real estate sector is recording a brisk business in tier II and tier III cities. Supertech too is aggressively pursuing its projects in these areas. What are the other plans to extend and further promote your business in such cities?

We already have projects in Haridwar, Meerut, Moradabad and Rudrapur in residential and hospitality sector and we plan to extend ourselves in Tier II & III cities as there is a lot of scope in these cities due to space crunch in the metros. These cities have great demand as people are now becoming lifestyle conscious and they don't mind traveling for work everyday to nearby big cities as they now have option to have the same lifestyle of metros in their own surroundings at a reasonable cost. The Government has been providing immense support to make these cities grow in terms of infrastructure and other basic necessities.

Real estate market has witnessed a marked business spurt in the recent past. How do you expect it to grow in the next two-three years?

The demand of real estate market especially Delhi's NCR has seen a tremendous growth in the past couple of years due to increasing number of corporate coming in, better infrastructure including Metro connectivity, and many more reasons. This trend will continue in the coming years as well resulting in rise of property price appreciation and better delivery of quality as people are becoming more quality conscious these days.

The spiraling input cost is currently a cause of concern. How is it going to impact the real estate business in the near future and what about your prediction on this score?

Definitely it is a cause of concern for the real estate sector but we go with the commitment made to the customers.

How do you rate your current business growth? A word about your future construction market plan to stay ahead in the business.

We are on a very high growth rate in terms of recently launched and delivered number of projects. We have always believed in delivering quality projects to our customers and are maintaining this for the last 22 years. We are constantly working for the development and shaping of land as well as contributing in the progress and growth of nation. In our commercial segment, we have developed Malls, Multiplexes and are now expanding fast into Starred Hotels, Category. Next in the line is development of IT Parks in metros. Proposed IT Park, Greater Noida will provide world-class infrastructure with ultra modern facilities and business for its client companies.

Evaluating our own growth, I see a big scope plan for our company. We are coming up with our projects in Delhi NCR's hottest destinations such as Noida Extension and Yamuna Expressway. We will also be launching our projects in Bangalore and Mumbai soon.
